Drop Off/Pick Up
A number of roads will be closed to allow for the smooth ingress and egress of motorists and pedestrians and you are therefore requested to use the official Drop Off and Pick Up Points by following the signage as appropriate.

RE-ENTRY POLICY:
- No Re-entry: Once you leave the festival grounds, re-entry is NOT permitted. Ensure you have everything you need before entering.
- Plan Ahead: Make sure to plan your day accordingly and bring all necessary items with you to avoid the need to leave and re-enter.
- Ticket Scanning: Upon entry, your ticket will be scanned. Keep your wristband on at all times for access to the various festival areas. Do not remove your wristband at any time throughout the festival period, you will not be permitted entry with tampered wristbands. If seen tampering with wristbands you will be removed from the festival.
To ensure the safety and enjoyment of all attendees, please adhere to the following guidelines regarding items allowed and prohibited at Reggae Land 2025. Failure to comply with these rules may result in refusal of entry or ejection from the festival grounds.
PROHIBITED ITEMS:
- Drugs: Illegal substances, including ‘legal highs’ and Nitrous Oxide, are strictly prohibited. Reggae Land has zero tolerance for drug dealing and consumption.
- Alcohol and Liquids: No alcohol or liquids of any kind are allowed. Empty plastic refillable bottles (up to 500ml) are permitted, but no metal bottles. Free water points are located across the festival.
- Weapons: No knives or weapons of any kind.
- Aerosols: No aerosols, sprays, or pressurised containers are permitted.
- Glass: No glass items.
- Umbrellas: No umbrellas are allowed.
- Perfumes/Aftershaves: No perfumes or aftershaves.
- Dogs: No dogs, except registered hearing/guide dogs.
- Flares/Fireworks: No flares or fireworks.
- Bicycles: No bikes allowed.
- Re-entry: No re-entry is permitted once you leave the festival grounds.
- Sun Cream/Lotion: Only sun cream or lotion sized at 100ml or less in original containers is allowed.
- Vape Liquid/Eye Drops: Vape liquid and eye drops in standard plastic 10ml containers are allowed, but contents may be tested on arrival.
- Laser Pens/Pointers: No laser pens or pointers.
- Professional Cameras: No professional cameras, including camera equipment such as stands, lenses, and selfie sticks.
- Audio Recording Equipment: No audio recording equipment or noise-making devices.
- Personal Vehicles: No skateboards, rollerblades, hover-boards, scooters, bicycles, or other personal motorised and non-motorised vehicles. (Those with mobility scooters will be fine).
- Marketing Materials: No unauthorised solicitation or marketing materials (e.g., handbills, flyers, stickers).
- Drones: No drones or unmanned aerial systems.
- High-Visibility Clothing: No high-visibility vests or coats.
- Large Bags: Small bags are allowed with dimensions W21cm x H30CM x D8cm (A4 Size).
- Selfie Sticks: No selfie sticks.
- Filming/Photography: Professional Filming and photography is not allowed and equipment will be confiscated.
- Camping Equipment: No camping equipment.
- Trolleys/Cool Boxes: No Trolleys & no Cool boxes.

- Bar System: Reggae Land operates a cashless bar system. Drinks can only be purchased using chip & pin or contactless payment methods.
- Food Vendors: All food vendors also accept chip & pin and contactless payments for your convenience.
CASH MACHINES:
- On-Site: There are NO cash machines on-site. Ensure your card has sufficient funds for chip & pin or contactless payments.
- Off-Site: If you need additional cash, you will have to leave the festival grounds and re-entry is not permitted. Plan ahead to avoid inconvenience.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
- Efficiency: Using chip & pin or contactless payments will speed up transactions and reduce wait times.
- Prepare: Ensure your card supports contactless payments and has sufficient funds before arriving at the festival.
MEDICAL ASSISTANCE:
- Medical/Welfare Tents: Clearly signposted medical and welfare tents are available on-site. If you or your friends feel unwell or require medical attention, seek help immediately at these locations.

Medications that require injection must be stored in the medical tent until administration time (If this is needed on your persons at all times please get in touch to confirm this). STEWARDING:

SAFETY GUIDELINES:

CHALLENGE 25:
- ID Checks: We operate a Challenge 25 policy for alcohol purchases. If you look under 25, be prepared to show ID. Acceptable forms of ID include:
- Passport (original, not a photocopy)
- Proof of Age Card (must be part of the PASS scheme with their hologram)
- Full or provisional photo card driving license issued by the DVLA
- Alcohol Policy: It is illegal to purchase alcohol for anyone under 18. Violation of this policy will result in ejection from the festival.

ACCESSIBLE FACILITIES:
- Toilets: Accessible toilets are available throughout the festival site and the access viewing area. Please refer to the site map for exact locations when this is announced.
- Viewing Platform: A raised viewing platform with seating and access-only facilities is available at the main stage. Access is granted with an access wristband, provided upon purchasing an access ticket via Skiddle.
2:1 TICKET SCHEME
We offer a 2:1 ticket scheme for those who require a Personal Assistant (PA) to attend the festival. To apply for a free PA ticket, please ensure you have purchased your own ticket and then these documents will need to be emailed to hello@jbmmusic.com alongside evidence of your purchased ticket (order reference will suffice). All documents sent will be kept securely and removed after the applications have been processed. Your application may take up to 5 days to process and you will be sent an email confirmation once complete.
You will need to provide proof of your ticket purchase and one of the following:
- Access Card with the +1 symbol
- DLA/PIP (dated within the last 12 months)
- Medical professional’s letter
- Deaf or blind registration
- Nimbus Access Card
- Both sides of your Blue Badge (for Disabled parking)
- A letter from a medical professional confirming your need for a PA and/or parking.
- Please also include the name and email of your chosen PA.
Applications may take up to 5 days to process, and you will receive an email confirmation once complete.
Note: PA tickets are free, so do not purchase a separate ticket for your PA as this will not be refunded.

Absolutely! Reggae Land is a family-friendly festival that welcomes music enthusiasts of all ages! However, to ensure the safety of our younger attendees, anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a legal guardian. Our goal is for everyone to enjoy themselves in a secure environment. So, bring your family and embrace the vibes together!
No, camping is not permitted at Reggae Land. However, there are numerous accommodation options in and around Milton Keynes to suit various budgets and preferences.
A official merchandise stall will be location in the main bowl, selling a variety of festival and artist merchandise.
For those fortunate enough to appear under 25, we might need you to confirm your age at the event entrance or when buying alcohol, in accordance with our Challenge 25 Alcohol Policy.
Please consider the following as suitable ID:
• Passport (original, not a photocopy). We accept foreign passports if they’re in good condition and have a photo.
• Proof Of Age Card – The card must be part of the PASS scheme and include their hologram.

Personal smartphones are allowed for taking photos and videos. However, professional photography equipment, including DSLRs with detachable lenses, and audio/video recording equipment are not permitted without prior authorisation.

ReggaeLand takes place at The National Bowl, Milton Keynes, MK5 8AA. Please be prepared for varying weather conditions, as the site has both hardstanding and grass-covered areas. In case of rain, conditions may become muddy.

The venue is located on the west side of Milton Keynes and signs around the outskirts will guide you there. Due to high volumes of vehicle and pedestrian traffic going to and from the venue, certain measures will be in place for everyone’s safety. These include residential protections, temporary speed and waiting restrictions around the site. These measures aim to facilitate safe access to and from the event, reduce delays on the highway network, and protect residential areas from public fly-parking or nuisance. Please allow extra time for your journey.

From Milton Keynes Central railway station exit right and walk for 50 metres and then turn right on to a footbridge over the railway line. Make your way following the event signage to the Bowl. Attendees using rail transport are reminded that it is their responsibility to allow enough time to make the necessary rail connections when leaving the venue.
