Reggae Land is located at The Milton Keynes National Bowl, Chaffron Way, Milton Keynes, MK5 8AA. The venue has five entrances.

Arriving by foot:

CAN I LEAVE AND COME BACK LATER?

Short answer: No
Long answer: Once you’re in, you’re in. If you leave the festival site, you won’t be allowed back in unless there’s a genuine emergency, and then it’s at the discretion of our lovely management and security team. Plan ahead, pack right, and settle in for the day.

Reggae Land is a all ages family friendly festival. However anybody under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a legal guardian

Bars and food vendors only accept card payments (chip & pin or contactless).

  • Tip:Set up Apple Pay/Google Pay before arriving for super-speedy service.

Medical & Welfare tents will be clearly signposted.

  • Need to store medication? Email hello@jbmmusic.comin advance.
  • All meds must be in sealed packaging, with ID and a matching doctor’s note or prescription.
  • In an emergency, grab a steward or head to the medical tent.

Delicious food stalls, including veggie options, will be onsite.

  • No outside drinks, except sealed water.
  • Small picnics welcome
  • Remember: cashless.

TRAVEL & PARKING

• Location: The event is located at the Milton Keynes National Bowl, Watling St, Milton Keynes MK5 8AA. Follow the signs and directions to reach the venue. Wayfinding will be clearly signposted.

  • Public Transport:The venue is well-connected by public transport. Use trains, buses, and coaches for convenient travel to and from the festival. We have a shuttle bus service which will go to and from Milton Keynes Station to the North Gate Main entrance on Chaffron Way.
  • Walking:If you are arriving on foot, use the north gate on Chaffron Way. This is the largest entrance for quicker entry. The exact location of the gate can be found using this https://what3words.com/recliner.transit.sonic.

How many buses will be running?
Large amounts of shuttle buses will be running at regular intervals throughout the day to ensure smooth transportation for all festival-goers.

Important Notes:

  • Plan Your Journey:Arrive early to secure a seat on your preferred shuttle. Expect some waiting time during peak hours.
  • Safety Measures:Follow all instructions from shuttle staff and remain in designated areas while waiting for your bus.

ACCESSIBILITY INFORMATION

The deadline for submitting your access application is Friday 27th June. This is strict to ensure the access team has enough time to process and accommodate all requests before the festival.

What accessibility tickets are available for this event?

We offer two types of accessibility tickets:

  1. Accessible Viewing Platform Ticket (Wheelchair Platform)
    • Reserved for wheelchair users and their PA/carer (if applicable).
    • Located on the raised accessible platform with clear sightlines to the stage.
    • Includes access to accessible toilets.
  2. Accessible Ground Level Viewing Ticket
    • For customers who require accessible facilities but do not need the wheelchair platform.
    • Ground-level accessible viewing area with close-to-stage sightlines.
    • Includes access to accessible toilets.

How do I book an accessibility ticket?

  • Tickets will go on sale at 9:00 AM via our official Skiddle event page.
  • You will need to contact: hello@jbmmusic.com with your proof of eligibility. We will then issue you a password to select the most suitable option.
  • Accessible Wheelchair Viewing Platform Ticket or Accessible Ground Level Ticket, depending on your needs.
  • Numbers are strictly limited, so we recommend booking early.

Do I need to provide proof of eligibility?

Yes.

Once you’ve booked, you must email proof of eligibility to hello@jbmmusic.com within 7 days.

Accepted proof includes:

  • Access Card with +1 symbol
  • PIP or DLA letter with evidence to suggest you require carer support
  • Medical letter stating you require a carer
  • Other relevant documentation confirming your access requirements and need for a carer

Failure to provide proof within this timeframe will result in your ticket being cancelled or tenporarily held.

Can I bring a Personal Assistant (PA) or Carer?

If you require a PA/carer ticket:

  • Indicate this when you send your proof of eligibility.
  • Once approved, we will issue a complimentary PA/carer ticket linked to your booking.
  • PA/carer tickets are only valid when accompanying the main ticket holder.

What if the tickets I need are sold out?

  • Once each allocation is sold out, no further tickets of that type will be released.
  • We do not operate a waiting list.
  • We recommend checking the event’s Skiddle page regularly in case of returns.

• Toilets: Accessible toilets are available throughout the festival site. These are located at our access area inside the bowl and toilets at each toilet block. Please refer to the site map for a more precise location.
• Viewing Platform: A raised viewing platform with seating and access-only facilities is available at the main stage. Access is granted with an access wristband, provided upon purchasing an access ticket via Skiddle.

  • 2:1 Ticket Scheme:We provide a 2:1 ticket scheme for individuals who would be unable to attend without a personal assistant. Once you have purchased a full-price ticket, provide proof of ticket purchase and one of the following documents to receive your free personal assistant ticket:
  • Access Card with the +1 symbol
  • DLA/PIP or equivalent (dated within the last 12 months)
  • Medical professional’s letter
  • Deaf or blind registration
  • Nimbus Access Card
  • Both sides of your blue badge
  • A letter from a doctor confirming you need assistance

How to Apply: Email the required documents to hello@jbmmusic.com along with the name and email address of your personal assistant. Applications may take up to 5 days to process.

• Ticket Confirmation: Once your application is processed, you will receive a confirmation email. Please note that personal assistant tickets are free of charge and will not be refunded if purchased separately.

Availability: Accessible parking is available near the festival site. Spaces are limited, so please book in advance to arrange a space and ensure you display your blue badge upon arrival.

• Medical/Welfare Tents: Clearly signposted medical and welfare tents are available on-site. If you or your friends feel unwell or require medical attention, seek help immediately at these locations.
• Medication Storage: If you need to bring medication that requires storage, please contact us in advance at hello@jbmmusic.com to make necessary arrangements. Medications that require injection can be stored in the medical tent until administration time.
• Permission: All medications are to be brought in sealed packaging, accompanied by a doctor’s note/prescription which matches your ID. Please email hello@jbmmusic.com if you have any concerns in regards to your medication.
• Emergency Situations: In an emergency, approach the nearest security personnel or visit the medical tent. Trained medical staff are available to assist you at all times.
• Carry Essentials: Always carry essential medications with you and keep them secure. Do not share medications with others.

HYGIENE FACILITIES:

• Toilets: Toilets are conveniently located throughout the festival site. Please refer to the site map for exact locations.
• Drinking Water: Free water refill stations are available across the festival. Bring an empty plastic refillable bottle (up to 500ml) to stay hydrated.
• Hand Sanitiser: Hand sanitiser stations are placed near food vendors, toilets, and throughout the festival grounds for your convenience.

  • A number of roads will be closed to allow for the smooth ingress and egress of motorists and pedestrians and you are therefore requested to use the official Drop Off and Pick Up Points by following the signage as appropriate.

TRAVEL INFORMATION

The venue is located on the west side of Milton Keynes and signs around the outskirts will guide you there. Due to high volumes of vehicle and pedestrian traffic going to and from the venue, certain measures will be in place for everyone’s safety. These include residential protections, temporary speed and waiting restrictions around the site. These measures aim to facilitate safe access to and from the event, reduce delays on the highway network, and protect residential areas from public fly-parking or nuisance. Please allow extra time for your journey.

• Nearest Station: The nearest railway station is Milton Keynes Central, with services operated by Avanti West Coast and London Northwest Railway.

• Walking Route: From Milton Keynes Central, exit right and walk for 50 meters. Turn right onto a footbridge over the railway line. This pedestrian cycleway “Leisure Route 51” is a 20–25-minute walk to the Bowl and will be signposted with event signage.

• Plan Ahead: Bear in mind that the return journey may take longer due to the number of attendees exiting the venue simultaneously. Ensure you allow enough time to make necessary rail connections when arriving/leaving the venue.
