The Milton Keynes National Bowl, Watling St, Milton Keynes MK5 8AA. There are three entrances to Reggae Land.

The event starts at 12PM with acts from the start, last entry time is strictly 5PM. We advise planning your journey & arriving as early as possible. The event ends at 11PM. Please be aware there is no re-entry if you leave you will not be admitted again.

No, you can download your ticket to your smartphone via the Skiddle app. Signal in the area can be restricted when there are a lot of people around, please download your ticket in advance or print your ticket off if you feel this will allow for a smoother entrance to our festival.

We are operating a cashless bar system. You will be able to buy drinks via chip & pin or contactless. If you will be heading to our festival with cash, this must be exchanged for tokens at our token booth.

Yes, there will 70 + traders at Reggae Land to choose from including vegan & vegetarian options. Food can be bought via chip & pin, contactless payments or via cash.

There are no cash machines at the festival site. Chip & pin is available at the bars, token booths & food vendors. If you are bringing cash, please bring enough to last throughout the day as no festival re-entries are allowed.

There is two medical/welfare tents on-site and will be clearly sign posted. If you or your friends feel unwell during the event, please visit the welfare/medical area to seek medical attention. (Please check our site map for the exact locations)

Illegal substances, alcohol, liquids of any sorts (including perfume/make up products/aerosols/drinks). Glass of any kind, flares or fireworks, selfie-sticks, weapons. Hand sanitisers (100ml or less) will be allowed upon security checking the contents of the bottle.

Sealed bottles of water & small picnics are fine to bring.

YES! Reggae Land is a family friendly event. However, anybody under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a legal guardian.

Local taxi companies will be made aware of our festival taking place, however, please look to pre-arrange your travel to & from the festival as taxi availability can be limited once leaving the event. ACCESSIBILITY INFORMATION

Welcome to ReggaeLand 2024! We’re committed to making your festival experience as enjoyable and accessible as possible. Here’s what you need to know about access and facilities.

For those requiring mobility assistance or special accessibility needs, we have a dedicated entrance designed to accommodate these requirements. This entrance can be found at Gate One. To assist you in finding the exact location of this gate, we have provided a what3words link: https://w3w.co/welcome.rural.activism

We provide a 2:1 ticket scheme for individuals who would be unable to attend without bringing a personal assistant. Once you have purchased a full-price ticket, please provide us with proof of ticket purchase and one of the following forms of available documentation to receive your free personal assistant ticket.

• Access Card with the +1 symbol (for a 2 for 1 ticket)
• DLA/PIP or equivalent (dated within the last 12 months)
• Medical Professionals letter – reviewed case by case
• Deaf or blind registration
• Nimbus Access Card
• Both sides of your blue badge – only accepted as evidence for Disabled parking
• A letter from a doctor or other medical professional confirming you could not attend the festival alone (for 2 for 1 ticket) and/or have a disability or medical condition that requires you to use the car park (for vehicle passes).

Lastly – please provide the name & email address for the carer you would like to attend the event with you, this will be emailed out directly to them.

These documents will need to be emailed to hello@jbmmusic.com alongside evidence of your purchased ticket (order reference will suffice). All documents sent will be kept securely and removed after the applications have been processed. Your application may take up to 5 days to process and you will be sent an email confirmation once complete.

Please Note: Personal assistant tickets come at no extra charge. Please do not buy a ticket for your personal assistant as these tickets will not be refunded.

For those with mobility assistance or special accessibility needs, we have a dedicated entrance through the orange car park. Accessible parking spaces are also available in this area, minimising travel distance.

Understanding the importance of close and convenient parking for those with accessibility needs, we have arranged for dedicated accessible parking spaces. These spaces are located near Gate One to minimise travel distance. You can access these parking areas via the Orange car park entrance, which is conveniently situated off Watling Street. ReggaeLand takes place at The National Bowl, Milton Keynes, MK5 8AA. Please be prepared for varying weather conditions, as the site has both hardstanding and grass-covered areas. In case of rain, conditions may become muddy.

We have a raised viewing platform with seating and access-only facilities located at the centre of the site, providing easy access to the main stage, bars, and traders. Admittance is granted to those wearing an access wristband, available upon entry with an access ticket via Skiddle.

If you require medication during the event, please contact us beforehand at hello@jbmmusic.com with details of your medication and prescription. Any medication requiring injection must be stored at the medical tent until needed.

Accessible toilets are available in multiple areas onsite, including general toilet areas and next to the viewing platform, ensuring convenience for all attendees.
